we currently ship out orders within 4 days. a tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment. once an order is placed in "in-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages.
while we don't accept returns or issue refunds at the moment, we're more than happy to replace any items that may have arrived damaged.please email us with your order number and photos within 2 days of delivery. on occasion, we may ask that you send back the damaged item with a return label that provided to you for further quality control purposes.
